They got their jobs and their equipment and it is not necessary to support overheads. Some companies, having its own staff, also offer their services as independentcontractors, which means that you can outsource large projects as well. Biggest problem with the recruitment of an independent contractor is not responsible for, and sometimes the end result is not exactly what you need.
